Customer Feedback

I have gotten 3 compliments on my skin in the past week and a half.  The only thing that has changed in my skincare routine is the addition of Majik C Serum to my nighttime routine (I don't apply it in the morning at all), every other night, alternating with a retinol product (soon switching to Markey's after I use up my current supply of other).  I am wearing the same makeup I've worn for at least 2 years, so I am betting it's not the makeup bringing the compliments.

First, my mother complimented me about 1.5 weeks ago.  That was about 2-3 weeks into my starting Majik C.  She sees me every week or 2, so I would bet that a subtle change in my appearance wouldn't jump out at her.  She usually gives almost painful constructive criticism, so when I get a compliment, I know she really means it (love ya Mom!)  Said my skin looked "gorgeous", what was I doing, and did I change my makeup?  Thank you, added GoW Majik C serum to my routine a few weeks ago, and no.  :)

Second, my hairdresser complimented me this past weekend.  She sees me every 10 weeks.  Said my skin looked smooth and glowy, and that I had no lines or wrinkles.  Thanked her too, told her I added GoW Majik C Serum, gave her website info.  I do have lines and wrinkles by the way, but I really think the Majik C has softened them.  :)

Third, today, my boss complimented me on my skin when I was in a 1-on-1 meeting with her.  She said that it looked so natural and smooth, she didn't know if it was my makeup, and to pardon her for staring at me!  LOL!  Loved it!   Told her it was Majik C Serum and gave her the website.

Compliments aside, I was impressed with this product after 1 night of use.  Seriously.  My skin looked more even-toned to me and felt smoother after just the first night.  I have sensitive skin and this product did not sting, redden my skin or irritate it in any way.  Majik C is the first C serum I've used on my mid-40's face (better late than never, and might as well start with the best, right?)  I love using it because *I* can see and feel a difference, and that's really all that mattered to me. I didn't mention to anyone that I started using it; I figured I'd be the only one to possibly notice a difference.  And then I get 3 compliments.  And I *never* get compliments on my skin.  So there you have it.  This stuff must really be Majik!  :)

If you are thinking of trying this product, definitely do it!  The sample is great, lasts a lonnnng time.  I ordered my full-size product after just a week of using the sample.

Shelf Life and Storage Information for Products and Ingredients

Finished products generally don't need to be refrigerated as they are preserved, but you can refrigerate them to extend shelf life. Shelf life is 9 - 12 months

Sample sizes do have a shorter shelf life (generally 3-6 months and items in jars can dry up quicker than this if the lid is not tightened well enough (except our vitamin C serums - use within 90 days).

Please try to keep out of high humidity or heat if possible! Store out of direct light and in dark cabinet if possible also!

Exfoliating Acid products will last 1 year.

The only thing we don't suggest refrigerating is the mandelic or salicylic acid serums as those can crystallize in the refrigerator and not go back to their normal state even if you warm them up.

Additional Items Requiring Refrigeration

Hydrosols - Take out 1/2 oz to 1 oz in a separate spray bottle from your original container and keep the larger bottle in the refrigerator!

Carrier Oils - Generally you can refrigerate ALL carrier oils, they will solidify in some cases. This is FINE all you have to do is take it out warm it up at room temp and it will be liquid again!
There are some oils that have a super long shelf life like coconut oil for instance! That does not need to be refrigerated, but it cannot hurt it either!

Essential Oils - Essential oils are best stored in a cool dark place.

Co2 Oils - These should always be refrigerated.

Butters - We suggest refrigerating our skincare butters. You can take out what you need and keep the rest in the fridge.

Essential oils - These can be refrigerated to increase their shelf life!

Clays - Keep in a dry, dark place (shelf life is at least 2 years)

Herbs - (whole or ground) These should last a good year at least - Keep in a dark, cool and dry location.

Herbal Extracts - [powder] Keep these also in a dark, DRY place. You can keep in the fridge, but make sure the seal is on very tight so you don't get moisture in. [1 year at least].

Herbal Extracts - [liquid] These can be kept in the refrigerator (or a dark DRY place] [3 years at least]

Other Various Raw Ingredients - i.e. Sodium PCA, Honeyquat, Iat Beta Glucan etc will all have a different shelf life (we are working on adding this to the ingredient pages.
