Our customer service hours are Monday thru Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Arizona Mountain Standard Time (MST). We are closed weekends and all recognized, US holidays. Your order will be processed in 3-4 business days. 

GoW does not have a traditional retail location, however, if you are in the Prescott, AZ area and would like to stop by, email or call us to schedule an appointment; we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
