Garden of Wisdom Shipping Policies

Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the USPS to deliver the packages. We cannot be held responsible for missing packages. We encourage you to add insurance to your package.. (email us for more information)

Garden of Wisdom retains the right to charge the actual amount of shipping (no hidden fees) to your credit card at the time of purchase. Shipping rates will be offered in your 'cart' with multiple options available. 

For products purchased that GoW bottles in a glass container; due to the fragile nature of these items, we recommend selecting 'Priority Mail' as your shipping option when checking out. 'First Class' is shipped in a bubble envelope and is not the safest or most protected shipping option for glass bottles and/or glass droppers. 

Insurance can be added to your order at any time; select the 'add insurance' option at checkout. 

  • Please be mindful to choose the correct shipping option. If you are not sure, feel free to email us prior to placing your order; a form is available on this page, submit your question and someone with Customer Service will respond as soon as possible.
  • Make sure the address on your order is correct before submitting your credit card or PayPal information for payment. Interrupting your order processing to notify GoW of your incorrect address will delay your order considerably.
  • Please check your order upon arrival for any errors or damages. Let us know within 48 hours so we can take care of any issues immediately.
  • Our Free Shipping Offer is only redeemable for those customers spending $195.00 or more within the USA; free shipping cannot be combined with any other coupon/or promotion. 

All completed transactions will be notified via email of their order tracking details. You can check on the status of your order on the Track My Order page on this website.

International orders that are processed and shipped via USPS First Class International rates and are not always tracked once the package has departed our GoW facilities. If you are an international customer and would like tracking, please select 'International Priority Air Mail' from the drop-down options at checkout. All duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and Garden of Wisdom is not responsible for any payment of custom duties or tariffs for said international orders, Please contact your local Customs Office in your country for further details so you can anticipate this. Packages can be delayed while processing at your Customs Office up to 2-3 weeks.

If your package is taking longer than the estimated time frame mentioned below, please contact us with the form provided and our customer service staff will see what information we are able to locate. Garden of Wisdom most often can only access the same information as is available on the original shipping confirmation. We can confirm that it has left the country. 

Shipping Policies

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $195.00 in the US only.(free shipping cannot be combined with any other coupon/or promotion. We only allow one promotion/code/discount) per order. Any orders placed with more than 1 code may be refunded or delayed.

First Class domestic orders are packaged and shipped in a commercial bubble envelope; glass containers require Priority Mail shipping (see above).

Transit Times/Shipping Alert: Due to Covid19: Transit times are longer than usual at the moment. Please make sure to anticipate this when ordering. This isn't something we can control and we appreciate your understanding.

Below are some estimated times based on what we are seeing at the moment but are subject to change.

USA Orders
First Class - 7 - 10 business days (usually 3-5)
Priority - 3 - 5 business days (usually 2-3)

International Orders
First Class 6-8 weeks (usually 2-6)
International 10-14 Business Days (usually 7-10)
