use with caution if you have very sensitive skin

this cleanser didn't work for me, but i give it 4 stars because it seems to be a well formulated product that most skin types would like. i have extremely sensitive skin, eczema and rosacea, and i find if i use it more than two or three times a week i get kind of pink and blotchy. the cleanser has a lovely slippery texture, spreads and rinses very easily. it is quite concentrated so it should last a good while. it has a nice grainy, oaty scent that some people may not like (the aroma doesn't linger). here is a handy tip-if you are annoyed by the label getting wet and sticky when you touch it, try covering it with a few coats of clear nail polish, it really helps!

I am always such a goober about oils, and I wanted to mention that oils don't offer hydration
just conditioning, etc., although they are excellent to add after a hydration step in your routine to hold the moisture to the skin.

I love this stuff

I love this stuff. It's got so many great moisturizing ingredients. I even love the herbal color :) I do a pump of this plus a pump of the decadent oat enriched emulsion plus 4-5 drops of squalane oil as my moisturizer twice a day and my skin feels calm and hydrated.
