First Class Domestic
orders are packaged and shipped in a commercial bubble envelope; glass containers require Priority Mail shipping. (see below)

Transit Times/Shipping Alert:
Due to World events, transit times can still be longer than usual. Please make sure to anticipate this when ordering. This isn't something we can control, and we appreciate your understanding.
Below are some estimated times that are subject to change.

USA Orders
First Class ~ 7 - 10 business days
Priority ~ 3 - 5 business days

International Orders
First Class International 2 - 8 weeks
Priority International 10 - 14 Business Days

Rush Order? If you need your order shipped sooner, we ask that you add a Rush Processing Fee to your order. Orders placed before 2 pm with a Rush Processing Fee added will go out same day (otherwise it will default to the next day.) You can purchase a Rush Processing Fee here. Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.


Package Protection
Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the packages. We cannot be held responsible for missing packages. We encourage you to add insurance to your order.

For products packaged in a glass container; due to the fragile nature of these items, we recommend selecting 'Priority Mail' as your shipping option when checking out. 'First Class' is shipped in a bubble envelope and is not the safest or most protected shipping option for glass bottles and/or glass droppers. 

  • Please be mindful to choose the correct shipping option. If you are not sure, feel free to email us prior to placing your order to ask any questions.
  • Make sure the address on your order is correct before submitting your credit card or PayPal information for payment.
  • Please check your order upon arrival for any errors or damages. Let us know within 48 hours so we can take care of any issues immediately.

Shipping/Forwarding Services - We are happy to accommodate our customers who ship with a Forwarding Service. However, the Forwarding Service is responsible for any missing or damaged packages. Once again, when a package leaves our facility, it becomes the legal property of the shipping company used.

All completed transactions will be notified via email of their order tracking details. You can check on the status of your order on the Track My Order page on this website.

International Shipments

Tracking Information: USPS First Class International may not always provide tracking information once the package has left the Garden of Wisdom facilities. This means that customers choosing this shipping option may be unable to track their packages after shipment.

Tracking Option: For international customers who want to track for their orders, there is an alternative called 'International Priority Air Mail.' Customers can select this option during checkout to have access to tracking information.

Customs Duties and Tariffs: The customer is responsible for covering any customs duties and tariffs associated with their international orders. Garden of Wisdom does not assume responsibility for these payments.

Contacting Local Customs Office: Customers are advised to contact their local Customs Office for specific information about customs duties and tariffs in their respective countries. This will help them anticipate and handle any necessary payments.

Possible Delays: International packages may be delayed during processing at the customer's local Customs Office. Delays of up to 3-4 weeks are mentioned, so customers should be prepared for such delays when choosing USPS First Class International or other shipping options.
If you have exhausted the options above, please contact us, and we will see what information we can locate. Garden of Wisdom most often can only access the same information as is available on the original shipping confirmation. We can confirm that it has left the country.
