A Personal Note From Markey

I wanted to personally reach out because some orders and inventory
updates have been moving slower than normal lately, and I never want
silence to feel confusing or dismissive.
Over the past couple of weeks, my son Hunter broke his foot, which
affected a large part of our inventory workflow and day-to-day operations.
While we were trying to work through that, my brother unexpectedly
passed away, and I’ve had and have to travel to handle his belongings,
arrangements, and care for his dogs.
Life arrived all at once here.
