Hands are washed repeatedly, exposed to the weather and used for gardening, packing orders, caring for animals, cleaning, cooking and doing all the things we rarely stop to think about. Over time, they can begin to feel dry and rough and look less smooth and resilient.

We wanted to create a hand cream that felt warm and special for autumn, but we did not want the seasonal aroma to be the only interesting thing about it.

That is how Posh Pumpkin and Barrelhouse Cider came to be: two distinctive aromatic blends built around the same thoughtfully formulated DMAE + MSM Peptide Hand Cream with
Syn®-Coll and Panthenol.

More Than a Pretty Autumn Aroma

Both hand creams begin with a water-rich foundation of organic aloe leaf juice and witch hazel water.

Aloe helps provide soothing hydration, while a carefully selected blend of coconut, jojoba, meadowfoam, avocado and sunflower oils condition and soften the skin. These oils also help reduce water loss from the skin’s surface, which is especially helpful when hands feel dry from frequent washing or seasonal weather changes.

The result is a rich lotion designed to leave hands feeling comfortable and cared for without relying on aroma alone to make the product appealing.

The Hardworking Ingredients

DMAE Bitartrate

DMAE was selected to support the appearance of smoother, firmer and more refined-looking skin. Hands are often one of the first areas to show visible changes associated with time, yet they receive far less attention than the face.

MSM

MSM, listed by its INCI name Dimethyl Sulfone, complements DMAE and contributes to the cream’s smoothing and skin-conditioning character.

Syn®-Coll

Syn®-Coll is a targeted peptide blend featuring Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5. We included it to support the appearance of smoother, firmer and more resilient-looking skin.

Adding a peptide to a hand cream may seem a little extravagant. We happen to think hardworking hands have earned it.

Panthenol

Panthenol helps condition and comfort dry hands while supporting a softer, more supple skin feel. It is especially welcome in a formula intended for hands that are washed and used throughout the day.
